Azaan International School will be managed by Anwar Charitable Trust, the objective of which is advancement and propagation of education and learning including establishment, maintenance and support of Schools, Colleges and other educational institutions, in order to eradicate illiteracy among all communities.

The Governing Body of the School consists of Board of Trustees, Executive Director and the Head Mistress of the School.

The Board of Trustees:

• Dr. Mohammed Yousuf Azam - Chairman and Author of Anwar Charitable Trust. A graduate from MR Medical College, Gulbarga and Masters in General Surgery from Aligarh Muslim University. He is the founder of Azam Hospital and Azam Education Society which is successfully running the Azam Vocational Junior College and Azam Junior College for girls.

• Mr. Syed Mujeebuddin – M.A., Urdu Literature. Founder Member, National Association of Muslim Foundation, and Ex-Chairman, Al-Habeeb Charitable Trust.

• Mr. Syed Jameeluddin – Income Tax Consultant.

• Mr. Mir Mazharuddin – Managing Director, Hyderabad House Pvt. Ltd.

• Dr. Nayyar Farozan- MHA in Hospital Administration, wife of Dr.Mohd. Yousuf Azam.

• Mrs. Rana Mazhar – Director, Hyderabad House Pvt. Ltd., wife of Mr. Mir Mazharuddin

• Dr. Fouzia Khan – Trustee

The Trustees of Anwar Charitable Trust belong to different professions and have achieved excellence in their respective fields. They have taken up this work as a service to the community so that the coming generation will be able to acquire the best knowledge of modern education and learn and inculcate proper Islamic Values according to our Quran and Sunnah.

Executive Director
Mr. Mohammed Salahuddin Osmani – Graduate from Nizam College, spent 30 years in service of Maharashtra Government holding several responsible posts such as – Liaison Officer to Chief Minister AR Antulay and PS to Minister of Urban Development, Dr. Ishaq Jamkhanawala.
