RULES, REGULATIONS AND CODE OF CONDUCT FOR HOSTEL

1. Students should follow the dress code prescribed by the school authorities. Beyond the school timings students should wear kurta pyjama according to shariah.
Hair should be short, keeping long hair falling on the face or reaching the neck is not permitted.

2.Parents and Guardians can meet their wards once in a month i.e. last Sunday of every month. They will not be permitted to meet their children on other days.

3.Leave will be granted by the warden on condition that leave letter should be signed by the parents of a guardian who has signed the hostel admission form. Leave can not be sanctioned on telephonic information.

4.Leave will be sanctioned only if found valid.

5.Boarders will not be allowed to go home during examinations.

6.Students should report back to hostel after vacation, holidays of leave, on the date and time specified by the warden.

7.Student should avail hostel facility for the full academic year for better result ub academic and character building.

8.Joining and leaving in the middle of the academic year is not permissible.

9.Those who frequently go on leave from hostel will be removed from the hostel.

10.Hostel students should maintain discipline. They should maintain cordial relation with their fellow boarders.

11.Students with careless and casual attitude towards the daily prescribed schedule will be dealt with strictly.

12.Boarders should not accept any articles, parcels or eatables from the day scholar.

13.Students should respect and obey their teachers and all other staff.

14.If they misbehave with the warden of the hostel staff, disciplinary action will be taken against them.

15.Use of tobacco / betel nuts / betel leaves / smoking and use of narcotics is strictly prohibited.

16.Students are not allowed to go outside the hostel of school premises without the written permission form the warden. And when they are permitted to go, they should be accompanied by their parents / guardians.

17.If any student is taken from the hostel by the parent / guardian without the permission of the warden, his admission from the hostel will be cancelled.

18.Student who report late to hostel will not be allowed without written explanation.

19.Parents are requested not to send food or eatables to their wards. If it is necessary permission can be obtained from the warden.

20.Electronic items like Mobile phone, Mp3 / Mp4 players, PSP or electric iron are not allowed into the hostel.

21.Costly items, valuables or cash should not be kept with the students. A small sum of money can be sent which should be deposited with the warden. In case of loss or damage, school will not be responsible.

22.Any damage to school or hostel property by the boarders should be repaired or replaced within one week at their own cost and labour. Help can be sought from the maintenance department.

23.If a boarder is sick, first aid medication will be provided by the hostel authorities in consultation with a doctor and the parent / guardians will be informed. If a boarder suffering from infectious /contagious disease, he should be kept at home till he is completely recovered. The parent shall bear the cost of the first aid in case it is required.

24.If a boarder is found disturbing the fellow boarders in their studies of creating nuisance in the night of if his acts and deeds are found to be hazardous to the fellow boarders he will be suspended or removed from the hostel.

25.Student will be Suspended / Debarred from the hostel if he violates the rules and regulations / code of conduct of the hostel.

26.In case of any complaint the parent / guardian should give the same in writing to the warden / Head Mistress of the school.

27.We have received a copy of the schedule of hostel fee and we agree to pay the same on time.

28.The following are the items to be carried by the boarders for his personal needs.
