Azaan Guidelines for Hifz

The objective of Azaan International School is to provide Integrated Modern & Islamic Education to develop "Role models of Islam" in all walks of life. The Islamic syllabus consists of teaching of QURAN, HADEES & DEENIYAT. Islamic knowledge is imparted to the students with a focus to make them good practicing Muslims. We take care not to emphasise on any particular school of thought or Maslak. We do not provide Aalim course. Hifz is provided as an optional subject for only those students who opt for it and who have completed Tajweed and Nazera satisfactorily.

For the students who join Azaan International School from Pre-Primary / Primary classes Tajweed is taught for two years i.e., the child will be taught Tajweed in Grade I and II with a thorough knowledge of all the rules of reading Quraan.
Nazira Quraan is for one year and is taught in Grade III.

Slow learners and those students taking admission in higher classes will be dealt with individually. Students who are planning to opt for Hifz from Grade IV should give extra time after school hours when they are in Grade III to strengthen their Tajweed and Nazira.

Only those students who opt for Hifz and are found suitable by the Head of the Department of Islamic will be admitted to the Hifz classes. The Hifz student is to be started in Grade IV and will InshAllah complete as per students capability.

Every parent should understand that no teacher or school can guarantee the duration of Hifz for their child and that their children will even be able to complete Hifz. Completing Hifz will be possible only by the grace of Allah. (S.W.T.) Teachers, parents and students, should pray regularly for Allah's help.

Hadees: -
If anyone makes a niyat of doing hifz and makes a sincere effort for it but for some reason is unable to do so in his of her lifetime, after death Allah will appoint angels to complete their hifz and on the day of judgment they will rise among the huffaz Inshallah. (Mishkat)
