Admission Procedure

• Application forms and Prospectus are available at the school office between 9:00am to 3:00 pm on all working days. These forms have to be filled in and submitted to the school office within a week.

• The applicants will be called for an interview.

• The selection will be done on merit and other eligibility criteria and the decision of the school authorities, in this respect, shall be final.

Rules & Regulations For Admission

1. Parents/guardians shall first register their application for admission. Application forms along with prospectus are available at our office on payment of Rs.100/- The duly filled in application forms shall be submitted in our office along with a copy of original birth certificate and Admission fee. In case of Class I & above the original Transfer Certificate and report card of the previous school should be submitted.

2. The applicants, who are registered as above, would be called for an interview and only those who are selected would be admitted. Registration does not guarantee admission. After receipt of intimation regarding admission, the fees are payable within 7 days.

3. Transport facility provided by the school is optional and will be given only subject to availability and convenience of the route .The children will be picked up from the allotted bus stops.

4. One application for one child only.

5. Admission of the Students will be the sole discretion of the school authorities.

6. The fee is calculated for one academic year, and for the convenience of the parents it is collected in four installments .The tuition fee, meals, and transport charges should be paid in four installments. The first installment by 1st April, the second installment by 1st of July, the third installment by 1st October and the fourth installment by 1st January.

7. The fee is to be paid either in cash, demand draft, money order, ECS or cheque. After due date cheque payment will not be accepted. Late fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged during the first 15 days, after 15 days re admission fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged. Beyond one month the child will not be allowed to sit in the class. The admission will be cancelled automatically and the name of the child will be removed from the rolls.

8. In case of leave or absence, all fee is payable for even the duration of absence and no concessions will be allowed.

9. Discontinuation without information will forfeit the entire fee, security deposit and parents will not be entitled for claim on admission or refund of fee. Application, registration and admission fee once paid are non-refundable.

10. To provide overall development and equal opportunities to all the children, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities in the school are compulsory. The recreation fee towards these activities is compulsory.
